Stowarzyszenie Praktyków Dramy STOP-KLATKA is currently a partner in an international project called ‘To be or not be well – Drama and theatre in education’. The topic of the project is about using Drama and TIE to collaborate with teachers in ways that support their well-being. This project lasts from 2019 to 2021, and the leading organization is Nyitott Kör from Hungary, the partners apart from STOP-KLATKA are Big-Brum Theatre Company from UK and Luzansky from Czech Republic.
In October 2019 we took part in the first project meeting in Budapest, and in the beginning of 2020 eight of our collegaues and co-workers participated in a joint staff training in Budapest as well. In the frames of the training we worked together to explore the current situation of our education systems.
After the cooperation with the schools end activities will be disseminated in the form of wokrshops and conferences in each country.
The final results of the project will include a Well-being curricula, a Guidebook for implementation of the curricula, and an Impact Assessment.
During the school year of 2019/2020 all the countries are preparing 6 Encounters with a chosen group of educators locally in order to assist them in their roles and communities, tackling the topic of well-being, adapting TiE and Drama methods with and for this group. Next project meeting will host the partners from UK between 13th-16th of June and in Autumn 2020. STOP-KLATKA will host a project meeting.
